As a Junior Business Analyst at PaaSPay Tech, you will assume a pivotal role in bridging the
gap between our vendor-based product solutions and business requirements. Collaborating
closely with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and external vendors, you
will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining technical
specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of product enhancements and features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to comprehend business objectives and
translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyze vendor-based product capabilities and configurations to identify opportunities
for optimization and customization to meet business needs.
- Work closely with external Partners to gather technical specifications, troubleshoot
issues, and facilitate product integrations.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to guide
development efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Perform API testing an analysis
- Sound knowledge on developing the wireframes of the system.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed product enhancements and
feature requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes
and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively
convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to analyze complex problems, propose solutions,
and drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with the remittance or financial services industry is advantageous but not
required.
