Position Overview
We are looking for an Associate Engineering Manager - .NET with extensive experience in .NET development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support the development of cutting-edge applications, mentor junior developers, and assist in driving technical excellence across projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support and manage a team of high-performing engineers on various projects.
- Contribute to the creation of viable technology products, fulfilling client needs and meeting expectations.
- Work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions.
- Undertake ongoing research to stay up-to-date with development innovations, trends, and technologies.
- Maintain and contribute to the developer knowledge base (Confluence).
- Build customer-facing technology products for global customers.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of APIs.
- Ensure the successful integration of projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Foster a team-focused mindset and drive the creation of the best possible products.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with international teams and manage flexible working hours as needed.
What You Need
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET Core.
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead or managerial role.
- Front-end development experience in Angular/React/Next.js.
- Experience building and maintaining APIs.
- Experience working on integration projects and digital transformation.
- Ability to work flexible hours with international teams as needed.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud is preferred.
