Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Officer to join our dynamic team. In
this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless integration with our partners,
enhancing the remittance experience, and supporting technical operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to understand their technical requirements and ensure smooth
system integrations.
- Lead the partner onboarding processes, including API integrations (REST, SOAP, Webhooks,
etc.).
- Work with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and define technical
and business needs.
- Oversee the product integration process from planning and deployment to post-integration
support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, workflows, and user stories
for partner integrations.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC principles and best practices during integrations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Evaluate the feasibility and impact of new integration requests or updates.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product officers.
- Be adaptable to shift schedules and travel internationally for partner coordination and
deployments.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BIM, Information Technology, or a related
field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within fintech or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, GraphQL) and their functions.
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and detailed technical
documents.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills for global collaboration.
- Proven experience in financial services, remittance, or fintech is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and business challenges effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts and travel internationally as needed.
