We’re looking for a Product Officer with up to 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic
team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring seamless integration with our
partners, enhancing the remittance experience, and supporting technical operations.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with partners to understand their technical requirements and ensure smooth
system integrations.
- Assist in partner onboarding processes, including API integrations (REST, SOAP,
Webhooks, etc.).
- Work with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and define technical
and business needs.
- Support the product integration process from planning and deployment to post-integration
support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user stories for partner
integrations.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC principles and best practices during integrations.
- Act as a point of contact for partners, helping resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Evaluate the feasibility and impact of new integration requests or updates.
- Be adaptable to shift schedules and travel internationally for partner coordination and
deployments.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BIM, Information Technology, or a related
field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role within fintech or a related industry.
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, GraphQL) and their functions.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and detailed technical
documents.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for global collaboration.
- Experience in financial services, remittance, or fintech is a plus but not mandatory.
- Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts and travel internationally as needed.
