We’re looking for a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In
this role, you’ll lead the development and enhancement of our remittance platform, ensuring
it meets the needs of our partners and customers while driving innovation and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including planning, development, and
post-launch support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and
stakeholders, to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Manage partner relationships, ensuring smooth system integrations and addressing
technical and business needs.
- Oversee the partner onboarding process, including API integrations (REST, SOAP,
Webhooks, etc.).
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, workflows, and user stories.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC principles and best practices throughout the product
lifecycle.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, resolving technical issues and providing
ongoing support.
- Evaluate the feasibility and impact of new product features and updates.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and improvements.
- Be adaptable to shift schedules and travel internationally for partner coordination and
deployments.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BIM, Information Technology, or a related
field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within fintech or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, GraphQL) and their functions.
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and detailed technical
documents.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills for global collaboration.
- Proven experience in financial services, remittance, or fintech is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and business challenges effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts and travel internationally as needed.
