We’re looking for a Product Implementation Officer with 2-3 years of experience to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you’ll ensure the successful deployment and implementation of
our remittance solutions, working closely with partners and internal teams to deliver
seamless integrations and exceptional user experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation of our remittance solutions with new and existing partners.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their technical requirements and ensure smooth
system integrations.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including API integrations (REST, SOAP, Webhooks,
etc.).
- Work with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and define technical
and business needs.
- Manage the implementation process from planning and deployment to post-implementation
support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user stories for
implementations.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC principles and best practices during implementations.
- Act as a point of contact for partners, helping resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Evaluate the feasibility and impact of new implementation requests or updates.
- Be adaptable to shift schedules and travel internationally for partner coordination and
deployments.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BIM, Information Technology, or a related
field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within fintech or a related industry.
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, GraphQL) and their functions.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and detailed technical
documents.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for global collaboration.
- Experience in financial services, remittance, or fintech is a plus but not mandatory.
- Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts and travel internationally as needed.
