We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer - .NET with extensive experience to
join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead the development of cutting-edge
applications, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence across projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing engineers on various projects.
- Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using
.NET Core.
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
that meet business requirements.
- Conduct ongoing research to stay up-to-date with development innovations, trends, and
technologies.
- Maintain and contribute to the developer knowledge base (Confluence).
- Build and enhance customer-facing technology products for global customers.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of APIs.
- Lead integration projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and SDLC principles.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BIM, Information Technology, or a related
field.
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET Core.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong front-end development experience in Angular/React/Next.js.
- Extensive experience building and maintaining APIs.
- Experience with integration projects and digital transformation.
- Ability to work flexible hours with international teams as needed.
- Team-focused mindset and a passion for creating high-quality products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud is preferred.
